Pounce Partners, Inc. "Pounce" is an intermediary between investors and businesses. We find potential Filipino investors for businesses and projects and vice versa by creating customized pitch decks that create value for your company. We pride ourselves as the easiest means to raise capital for businesses who find it challenging and taxing for their companies to borrow from banks or institutions.

Pounce Partners, Inc. does not offer private or public investment contracts nor participate in the buying and selling of private or public stocks and therefore we are not covered with the SEC's SRC regulations. Pounce Partners, Inc. is a service-based firm that offers intermediary services by connecting privately registered businesses with investors. As such, Pounce Partners, Inc. does not operate a platform, application, software, or portal to make a public offering for the sale of securities on behalf of businesses. What Pounce provides is a customized pitch deck and carefully handpicked warm investors to match with your business.

Pounce serves a bridge to connect investors with businesses who wish to raise capital. The main difference that sets us apart from banks and lenders is your potential investors will not require interest nor treat their investment as debt. The capital investment that Pounce refer to businesses are not loans.

We work with almost all types of industries except non-profits and NGOs. Our criteria for accepting applications depend largely on the following: For Companies 1. Only for profit, private companies. 2. Sole proprietors or corporations 3. P&L in the last 12 months with positive profits. 4. Existing for at least 3 years. 5. Minimum capital requirement of P5,000,000. 6. Willing to give equity to investor For One-Time Projects, such as events, development, etc., send your pitch decks with expected completion of project, return, and required capital. Must require a minimum capital of P5,000,000. If your business or project fails to meet the above criteria, you may reconsider applying again in the future.

Complete applications typically take 2-4 weeks after our vetting and counterintelligence process.

Our typical process takes up to 3 months to raise at least P5,000,000 in capital from an individual or a pool of investors.

Assessing risk on behalf of investors is a major component of our service. We work mostly with companies that achieved proof of concept and evidently generated positive profits over the last 12 months. At this time, we are not accepting applications from concept-stage ideas. However, for mobile applications or software companies that haven't realized profits but generated tractions in the form of monthly active users (MAU), we treat this on a case to case basis and similarly assess risk based on our application criteria.
