Currently CEO of Cosmic and serves as board member for Dosenyo, a media agency providing outsourced design services.

Daniel Patrick Moynihan

Serial entrepreneur and content creator with over a decade of experience in working with high net worth individuals facilitating investments & partnership negotiations. Seasoned salesman with 10 years of experience in various industries from real estate, sustainable energy, and finance.

Personally raised 35M in 5 years for various retail industries.

Raising Funds is a Challenge

Dhanvan & Daniel share a common passion for f&b, an industry they both excel in. As with any visionary entrepreneur, to expand their businesses, they found it challenging to grow beyond their cashflow and financial capacity.

Borrowing from banks was out of the question due to high interest rates. While attractive, VC funding was almost impossible due to their restrictive investment criteria for non-tech industries like retail.

Their long history of sharing business networks between each other proved to be a beneficial friendship and partnership over time. This gave them the idea to put up Pounce Partners and give a hand to challenged entrepreneurs who need a better way to raise capital in exchange for equity.
